Our Top Hints to Help you Prepare for this One-of-a-Kind Event

1. REGISTER to be a part of this amazing event, spanning 3 days! It’s not too late!

2. Book your Travel! Check out the flight discounts provided by Delta, United and Southwest Airlines. Discounted rooms are also available at The Hyatt, HNA’s Headquarter Hotel, as well as several other Louisville hotels. Rooms sell out quickly so don’t wait.

3. The Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC) is BIG! It’s best to familiarize yourself with the facility before you arrive. Navigate the different wings of the building, and to locate the parking areas (parking is FREE for all attendees). You can even create a strategy to be able to see all there is to offer. Trust us! You’ll need more than a day to tackle it all, but it will be worth it!

4. Check out the Installer Courses, Hardscape Demos and HNA Education sessions you may have an interest in. Better yet, purchase the VIP Pass to gain access to all 15 education sessions, 2 hardscape workshops, 1 FREE industry Outdoor Lighting session, AND 6 hardscape demos. You may also want to look into the Installer Courses taking place at the Hyatt prior to the show dates.

5. Networking is KEY! Be sure to attend each of the night-time events—to include the Welcome Reception at Churchill Downs, the Happy Hour, with special guest The Crashers, and the FREE arena concert, featuring Trace Adkins—and make some new connections. Or, sign up to participate in the 2nd Annual Cornhole Tournament. And ladies, don’t miss out on the Women’s Leadership Reception!
