Trade Show Admission Options
Non-Exhibiting Vendor Registrations: This registration type applies to attendees from companies who manufacture their own product to the industry, supply a direct service to the industry, are in media sales or are a manufacturer’s sales representative.
Suitcasing Policy: Hardscape North America is committed to maintaining a productive, professional, and fair environment for all exhibitors and attendees. In order to protect the integrity of the show and the investment of exhibitors, we have instituted this policy to prevent "suitcasing," a practice in which individuals or companies solicit business or distribute promotional materials in unauthorized areas, such as the show floor, hotel lobbies, or other public spaces during the event.
Suitcasing is strictly prohibited at Hardscape North America. Any activity or behavior where individuals or companies, other than official exhibitors, promote products, distribute promotional materials, or conduct business in a manner that interferes with the objectives of the trade show is considered suitcasing. Anyone caught suitcasing at HNA will be escorted off the floor and their badge revoked.
