Please be vigilant if approached by any other company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider for the Hardscape North America trade show. The HNA or Equip Exposition logo will be included on our housing site(s) and all general communication materials. If you do not see the logo, they are not the official housing provider. If you are an exhibitor, you may be contacted regarding your housing needs by Show Management, NTP Events, The Hyatt Regency Louisville Downtown, or CMHA Event Staff.

Parking at Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC)

Parking for all exhibitors and attendees is offered Complimentary for HNA! For additional parking information at Kentucky Exposition Center, visit their website.

Traveling to HNA by RV?

You can inquire about and secure your RV Parking Spot at the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC) by calling 502-367-5380.

Room Block Requests

Room blocks are defined as groups that need more than 10 rooms per night. Those with requests for more than 10 rooms will need to complete our online block request form that will become available in early 2025.

Hyatt Regency Louisville

HNA Headquarter Hotel

The Hyatt Regency Louisville (320 West Jefferson Street Louisville, KY 40202) will again serve as the HNA headquarters hotel for HNA 2025. Please note: There is a 2-night minimum stay in this block.

Please stay tuned, the room block will open in Spring 2025.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations canceled between September 14 – September 30, 2025 will be charged a fee of one night’s room and tax.

Reservations canceled after October 1, 2025 will be charged a fee of two night’s room and tax.

Our co-location with Equip Exposition allows exhibitors and attendees the opportunity to book other Louisville hotels. More information on the available hotels and room rates will be published once available for 2025.
