Show Overview
The Hardscape North America (HNA) trade show is co-located with Equip Exposition. This combined mega industry event will take place on October 22-24, 2025 at the state-of-the-art Kentucky Exposition Center located in Louisville, KY. HNA spans nearly 60,000 sq. ft. of indoor exhibit space and 20,000+ sq. ft. of outdoor exhibits & attractions in the Hardscape House pavilion, adjacent to the exhibit hall.
Admission to the HNA show floor and Hardscape House/Outdoor Demo Yard is open to adults and children ages 12 and up.

Hardscape Demos
The Hardscape Demos give attendees the opportunity to learn the latest installation techniques. (Schedule subject to change).

Demo 1: Segmental Retaining WallsEngage in interactive demonstrations where attendees participate in building segmental retaining walls. Learn essential techniques including proper excavation, base preparation, block installation, and coping firsthand through hands-on sessions.

Demo 2: Stairs, Returns & Columns: Elevating Your HardscapesDive into the crucial techniques of designing and building stairs and returns. Learn the proper techniques for grading, building strong structures, and finishing with precision—ensuring your hardscapes stand the test of time.

Demo 3: Paver InstallationsDive into the world of paver installations through immersive demonstrations where you will actively engage in prepping base, laying pavers, cutting and fitting, and joint sanding. Gain practical skills and insights while working alongside industry experts.

Demo 4: Illuminating Hardscapes: Water, Fire, and Lighting FeaturesDiscover the art of integrating lighting, water features, and fire pits into your hardscapes. You’ll get the chance to design and install these captivating features in minutes, learning best practices and maintenance tips for each.

Demo 5: Modern Tools that Will Revolutionize Your WorkflowGet hands-on experience with the latest hardscape construction tools and equipment. Attendees have the opportunity to test out modern machinery, explore innovative technology, and learn time-saving techniques under the guidance of knowledgeable professionals.

Session 6: Outdoor Kitchens & Beyond: Design, Build, and ProfitLearn how to design, bid, and construct outdoor kitchens with ease. Guided by industry professionals every step of the way, this hands-on session covers everything from layout, to bidding, to installation, all while keeping your budget and client needs in mind to ensure a profitable outcome. You might even end up with a burger or hotdog if we can build fast enough!

Admission to the Hardscape North America show floor, Hardscape House, and the outdoor demonstration area is open to adults and children 12 and up (infants included). Attendees ages 16 and older with a valid driver’s license are eligible to operate equipment in the Hardscape House and outdoor demonstration area. Participation at exhibitor booths is determined by each individual exhibitor.

Hardscape and landscape professionals, general contractors, dealers/distributors, landscape planners, design professionals, municipalities, industry students, university professors/instructors, and facility managers. If you work in the hardscape or landscape industry in any professional compacity, we want to see you at HNA!
SHOW POLICY: No children under the age of 12 permitted at the show.

Substitutions may be made in writing prior to October 3, 2025. After October 3, substitutions must be made onsite.
There are NO refunds for trade show only admissions. Cancelled additional education sessions will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee, until October 3, 2025. After October 3, all registration tickets and session orders are non-refundable.
Please email substitution and/or cancellation requests to info@hardscapena.com. There are NO refunds for "no shows."
Your credit card will not be charged until your registration is approved by show management. A pending hold will be placed on your card once you submit your registration to HNA for review.
CMHA, BIA, and NSI are not responsible for expenses incurred due to cancellation of a program, course or event. If a course or program is cancelled, a refund of the full registration fee for that program will be issued after the event.

Parking at the Kentucky Exposition Center for HNA 2025 is FREE. Lot A and N are the closest lots with direct access the North Lobby where HNA’s Main registration desk is located. The E-lots will give you closest access to the Hardscape House and outdoor exhibits.
