HNA Installer Championship Total Prize Value Tops $38,000

Turf’s Up Radio to Livestream the Competition

Louisville, KY – (October 15, 2021) – The Hardscape North America Installer Championships competition is set for October 21-22, and the stakes are higher than ever with the total prize value exceeding $38,000. Team registrations are still being accepted. New this year, Turf’s Up Radio will livestream the competition via their mobile app and on the HNA Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/HardscapeNorthAmerica).

Among the competitors will be the returning 2019 champion team from Segmental Systems; the Northeast Hardscape EXPO 2020 Regional Winner, Mike Darling Hardscapes; and a team from Brigham Young University – Provo that was a past second place finisher in the National Collegiate Landscape Competition.

The competition is intended to test and recognize the skill, dedication and passion of hardscape contractors from Canada, the United States and Mexico. Up to 16 teams will have their understanding of industry best practices and guidelines tested in a race against the clock and other top installers in the industry.

The registration fee is $200 per team. All teams who compete in the event at HNA will have $150 of their registration fee refunded. Teams may download registration forms at https://www.hardscapena.com/attendee/features/installer-champ.

Preliminary rounds will take place Thursday, October 21 in the Hardscape House at Hardscape North America in Louisville, Kentucky. The final Championship round to determine the 2021 National Champion will take place at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 22. The Hardscape House is HNA’s outdoor display and demonstration area at the Kentucky Exposition Center.

The HNA 2021 Champions will receive a prize package valued at over $25,000:

  • Travel expenses to compete in HNA 2022 Installer Championship, including airfare and two hotel nights for the three team members (valued up to $3,300)

The 2nd Place prize package is valued at over $8,500:
